Kaitlin Kneafsey
Owner & Director
Kaitlin graduated from Albright College with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Kaitlin realized her passion early in life when she became a member of Best Buddies while in high school. The Best Buddies organization pairs participating students with a student with developmental disabilities. The experience introduced Kaitlin to her true calling in life.
Over the past decade, Kaitlin has worked as a Residential Lead, Support Coordinator, and Direct Support Professional in multiple programs and group homes.
Kaitlin founded All in 2gether after recognizing a need for a family environment that empowers every individual to be themselves, have fun, receive support in reaching their goals, and spend time in the community.
Ai2 was a life long dream that has become a reality- where friends are always welcomed, supported, and become family.

Gabrielle Duble
Chief of Staff
Gabrielle is a graduate of La Salle University, where she earned a dual degree in Finance and Accounting. After several years in the corporate accounting world, she recognized a deeper calling—to use her professional expertise in a more meaningful way. Driven by purpose and compassion, Gabrielle transitioned into the human services field and began her journey as a support coordinator, working directly with adults with developmental disabilities.
From the moment she entered the field, Gabrielle knew she had found her passion. Her ability to connect with individuals and families, combined with her strategic and organizational skills, led her to her current role as Chief of Staff at Ai2.
Gabrielle brings a unique blend of business acumen, dedication, and heart to Ai2. She is committed to helping individuals discover their potential and supporting families as they navigate their journeys.

Jessica Leason
Director of Operations
Jessica graduated from Cabrini University with a BA in Psychology. Jessica began her career at Apple Counseling as a Behavioral Assistant, later moving to Archway as a Behavioral Counselor for teens with autism. After spending four years with Archway, Jessica joined the Camden County Care Management Organization where she worked with children on the autism spectrum.
Jessica has experience as a Support Coordinator working with adults with developmental disabilities. She has a passion for working with the developmental disability population and strives to provide community members with the best quality of life.

Shakyla Clark
Community Inclusion Lead & Social Media Manager
Shakyla graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. As a student she served as an orientation leader and joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Prior to joining the Ai2 family, Shakyla worked as a Crew Chief at Wendy’s Restaurant for five years.
Shakyla has a genuine love for the individuals she works with, her colleagues, and the entire Ai2 community. Shakyla’s favorite movie genre is fantasy, and her favorite color is pink.

Brielle Finnegan
Community Inclusion Lead- Direct Support Professional
Brielle graduated from Rowan University with a BA in Psychology. Prior to joining Ai2, Brielle worked at Bank bridge Elementary School as a one-to-one aide for children with behavioral and/or intellectual disabilities. Brielle takes great joy in being a member of the Ai2 family and in being able to foster a kind, welcoming atmosphere for all.
In her free time, Brielle enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, and shopping. She was raised in Washington Township along with her sister and two brothers.

Benjamin Heino
Event Coordinator & Direct Support Professional
Ben holds dual degrees from Bloomsburg University in Secondary Education and History. Before joining All in 2gether, Ben was a 7th grade history teacher. At Ai2, Ben strives to foster an environment which is safe and welcoming for all by promoting an atmosphere that allows everyone to share enjoyment. Ben is especially fond of the program’s unique ability to transform the space into a second home for all individuals in the Ai2 family.
Ben operates a bounce house company during the summer months, and in his leisure time Ben enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and all things outdoors.

Lindsay Blood
Community Inclusion- Direct Support Professional
Lindsay is currently working towards a BA in Psychology with a minor in Special Needs Education at Rowan College of Burlington County College. Before joining All in 2gether, Lindsay worked as a self-checkout attendant and as a hotel clerk. Lindsay loves her role with All in 2gether and is eager to continue gaining experience in the field. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys hiking, being with her friends, and listening to music.

Markese Whye
Community Inclusion- Direct Support Professional
Mark brings vast knowledge, skills, and passion to our Ai2 family. Growing up in a household with a neurodiverse sibling, Mark learned at an early age to appreciate the talents and contributions of all individuals. At Ai2, Mark supports every individual as they integrate into the community through visits to restaurants and other daily outings.
Mark has a passion for art and design, and he studied at the Savan College of Art and Design. Mark brings a wonderfully creative spark to the All in 2gether team. Before joining the Ai2 family, Mark gained experience as a job coach and a Direct Support Professional in community and residential settings.

Adriana Palumbo
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Adriana joined Ai2 having previously worked as a dog trainer and groomer for fifteen years. Adriana has two adult sons who she has advocated for in the Special Needs area for more than eighteen years. In diagnostic terms, Adriana’s elder son has autism with support needs, also known as Level 3, meaning a person who is nonverbal or has limited speech and social communication skills. Adriana’s family also includes two nephews on the autism spectrum.
As a parent, Adriana knows firsthand the challenges and trials which are part of caring for children and adults with special needs. In her free time, Adriana enjoys nature walks, hiking, gardening, reading, and watching movies. Adriana takes great joy in her community and family and in helping her loved ones reach their goals. She is thrilled to be part of the All in 2gether family.

Victoria Brown
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Victoria graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey having focused on Early Childhood Education. She later earned a cosmetology license from PB School of Cosmetology. She has a diverse background in education and cosmetology, having previously worked in a number of capacities including as a member of a future teaching program at an elementary school and as a nanny for five years.
Outside of Ai2, Victoria owns a mobile spray tanning business and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and singing. Victoria is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, which she is especially proud to do at All in 2gether. Victoria proudly says that All in 2gether, “is a great program which allows you to be part of an individual’s life and make them feel at home.”

Ashley Johanson
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Ashley has an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and has previously worked as a substitute teacher in her children’s school district. Ashley’s son was diagnosed with autism at age 2 and since then she has devoted her time to increasing her knowledge and learning new skills both personally and professionally. Ashley has become an incredible advocate for our community. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and her puppies and can be found every weekend at softball and baseball fields. She loves helping others, learning new skills, and building relationships to last a lifetime.

Gamal Alwan
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Gamal earned a degree in Sociology with minors in Women’s Studies, Black Studies, and Asian Studies. In his sophomore year he was awarded All American Honors and received the RMC Athlete of the Year award in his senior year. Gamal has worked as an advocate for individuals with special needs for more than 24 years having started with Archway programs at age 13. Gamal consistently goes out of his way to acknowledge the unacknowledged as he believes that we never know how you can impact an individual’s day or life. He believes that we all deserve the opportunity to unapologetically be ourselves and feel included in this world.
In his free time, Gamal enjoys being with family and friends, playing board games, cooking, and always having a good time. Gamal seeks to empower every individual and make them feel loved and included.

Stacy Yaniak
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Stacy began her career as a caretaker and has more than twenty years of experience as a one-on-one aide in a public high school working directly with students. Stacy has also worked with the JFCS, the TOPS (To Our Positive Success) Program, and the SAIL (Support to Achieve Independent Living) Program. Stacy has also worked as a job coach for young adults with special needs. Stacy has a passion for our community and strives to bring positive energy and joy to everyone she encounters.

Kimberly Cianfrini
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Kim has spent 46 years providing outstanding customer service as a baker and as a customer service representative, plus ten years as a nurse assistant prior to working at All in 2gether. Kim is ready for her true calling: spreading love, kindness, acceptance, and joy at All in 2gether! She loves spending time with her three amazing children, going on adventures with friends, working out, and sitting on the beach!

Erin Morley
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Erin is currently attending Rowan University working towards a BA in Psychology. Before joining All In 2gether, Erin worked as an assistant residential manager and for years prior worked at Bancroft specializing in behavioral needs in residential settings. Erin enjoys utilizing meditation techniques, spending time with her son, family, and friends. Erin’s favorite holiday is St. Patrick’s Day!

Raymond Cobb
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Ray has been working as a Direct Support Professional for over 7 years, with extensive experience in both behavioral and medical care. Ray’s journey into this field is deeply personal—growing up alongside his aunt and nephew, both of whom have special needs, inspired a lifelong commitment to providing compassionate and meaningful support.
‘Being a DSP is more than a job for me— it’s my purpose. I find true fulfillment in making a positive impact in the lives of those I support and creating moments that make their day brighter.’
Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time at the beach to meditate, write, and reconnect. Ray enjoys hiking with his dog, diving into a good book, and binge watching RuPaul’s Drag Race!

Shelley Collinson-Feeney
South Jersey- Direct Support Professional
Shelley brings over 25 years of experience working with individuals with special needs to the Allin2gether (Ai2) team. A graduate of Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Human Services, she has dedicated much of her career to creating supportive and empowering environments for others.
For 15 years, Shelley worked at Bancroft in a residential setting, where she honed her skills in compassionate care, team leadership, and individualized support. She brings a deep passion for the field, along with an enthusiastic and positive spirit that enriches the Ai2 community.
Outside of work, Shelley enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and shopping. She is thrilled to be part of the Ai2 family and looks forward to making a meaningful impact.
